At VELYA CO., we are committed to delivering your self-care essentials with care and efficiency. We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders across Europe.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates (Europe)

To ensure the best price and quality, we ship our products directly from our international fulfillment centers (Spain, Poland, or Asia).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-12 business days.
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 20 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your local postal service and customs processing in your country.

3. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key to our "Quiet Luxury" experience. Every order includes a Tracking Number.
You can track your package directly on our website or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your code.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders within the European Union, VAT is already included in the final price at checkout (where applicable). VELYA CO. is not responsible for any additional customs duties or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Insured Shipping & Damages

Your peace of mind is our priority. All our shipments are fully insured.
If you receive your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@velyaco.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is a very small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
